- Das Flugzeug wurde von deutschen Jagdflugzeugen angeschossen. Es stürzte zu Boden. Die Besatzung, mit Ausnahme des Piloten, konnte erfolgreich abspringen. Der Pilot versuchte sich erst im letzten Moment zu retten, dabei verhakte sich jedoch der Fallschirm und er stürzte mit dem Flugzeug ab. Ein zweites Besatzungsmitglied erlag in Graz seinen schweren, im Flugzeug erlittenen Verletzungen.
