- Das Flugzeug wurde von Geschossen getroffen, sackte hinter die Formation zurück und wurde nahe Pécs von Jagdfliegern abgeschossen. Die gesamte Besatzung konnte sich retten. Es war das erste US-Flugzeug, dass über Ungarn abgeschossen wurde.
