- Der Verband dieses Flugzeugs wurde nach dem Bombenwurf über Bad Vöslau von 20 deutschen Jägern angegriffen. Mehrer Raketen und Geschosse schlugen in das Flugzeug ein. Ein Triebwerk begann zu brennen und die ganze Tragfläche brach ab. Die Maschine sackte sofort nach links unten weg. Die gesamte Besatzung konnte abspringen und sich retten, bevor das Flugzeug explodierte. Ein Besatzungsmitglied konnte nach der Landung in die Wälder flüchten und sich vier Tage lang verstecken.
