- Das Flugzeug erhielt einen Flaktreffer zwischen Triebwerk Nr. 3 und 4, der ein großes Loch in die Tragfläche riss. Kurz darauf erlitt das Flugzeug im Bereich des Funkraumes einen zweiten Treffer, der die Maschine zur Seite kippen und schließlich abstürzen ließ.
