Das Flugzeug erhielt einen Direkttreffer in die rechte Tragfläche, die teilweise abbrach. Ein Crewmitglied sprang sofort ab, andere erst nachdem sich das Flugzeug bereits in einem spiralförmigen Sturzflug befand.
