- Die Maschine wurde am dritten und vierten Triebwerk von Flakgeschossen getroffen. Ein Triebwerk konnte gelöscht werden, jedoch fing durch das andere die Tragfläche Feuer. Der Pilot konnte die Maschine kurz stabil halten und damit zwei Besatzungsmitgliedern den Ausstieg ermöglichen. Danach brach die Tragfläche ab, die Maschine rollte auf die Seite und explodierte.
