- Die Maschine wurde über dem Ziel kurz nach dem Bombenwurf getroffen, in der Folge ging ein Triebwerk in Flammen auf. Ein Fallschirm löste sich sofort aus der Maschine, die nun große Mengen Treibstoff verlor. Die Maschine flog noch in der Formation weiter, bis sie aus dieser absackte und zu Boden ging. Ein Fallschirm war zu sehen, der sich jedoch im Bombenschacht verfing.
