- Die Maschine wurde von Jägern angegriffen und der hintere Teil dabei in Brand geschossen. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit griffen diese Flammen auf das gesamte Flugzeug über. Beide Tragflächen und der hintere Teil brachen ab. Das Flugzeug zerbrach in Einzelteile.
