- Die Maschine hatte kurz nach dem Angriff auf das Ziel plötzlich auftretenden Treibstoffmangel. Die Besatzung warf Ballast ab und konnte so kurze Zeit weiterfliegen. Schließlich fielen die Propeller aus und die Besatzung sprang aus der Maschine ab.
